The role is office-based at our Cambridge office (CB4 area) and is a long-term position, with full-time or part-time applicants considered.

Key Responsibilities:

Managing incoming and outgoing telephone calls in a professional manner

Handling email enquiries and general correspondence

Providing customer service and customer support to medical teams, practitioners, and individual clients

Accurate data entry and administration of orders, invoices, and payments

Raising invoices, sales receipts, and credit notes

Processing payments and updating accounting records using QuickBooks
