Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing and social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our e-commerce platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of various social media platforms, excellent communication skills, and a passion for graphic design and advertising.

Duties

• Creating contents for social media specifically videos with innovative topics which includes scenarios, scripts and edits.
• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator for posters and flyers.
• Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite to schedule posts and analyze performance metrics.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns.
• Proofread all content to ensure accuracy and consistency in messaging.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond in a timely manner.
• Assist in the development of advertising campaigns that promote products on e-commerce platforms.
• Communicate with online platforms, franchisees, collaborators etc ...

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator
• Ongoing adaptation with the AI tools to use in marketing and content creation.
• Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite.
• Knowledge of e-commerce best practices and trends.
• Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on relevant topics and trends.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and advertising strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A passion for staying updated on the latest social media trends and technologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
