3NK Engineers & Architects, a creative team of architects, designers and engineers of different specialties, founded in 2010, is seeking for an Office Administrator. You will perform daily administrative and office management tasks, that will support our team.

If you are interested in gaining experience in business administration, we 'd like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help our office run smoothly and you will be part of a team of professionals working to accomplish long-term success.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day office administrative tasks
  • Monitor office supplies and order replacements
  • Screen and direct incoming calls
  • Manage clients relationships
  • Monitor and manage company's quality program (ISO:9001, 14001, 45001)
  • Keep records, file documents, ensure communication with other departures
  • Travel booking for organization’s personnel

Requirements

  • Recently graduated from university
  • Excellent use of Microsoft Office (particularly MS Excel)
  • Attention to detail
  • Teamwork and cooperation, organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
  • Fluency in English
  • Fulfilled military obligations
