Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our life insurance brokerage. This role is central to supporting our advisers and ensuring a smooth, compliant, and efficient client journey from application through to policy maintenance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of administrative, client communication, and provider-liaison tasks. This is a hybrid role, requiring flexibility to work from home and from our Cowbridge office as business needs require.

Duties

  • Preparing client suitability documents based on adviser recommendations
  • Emailing clients to issue documentation, requests for information, and updates throughout the application process
  • Calling clients to confirm receipt of paperwork and to follow up on outstanding documents
