This is a full-time, on-site Administrator role based in Singapore. The Administrator will be responsible for managing office operations, organizing files, maintaining records, and supporting various administrative duties as required. The role involves coordinating schedules, managing inquiries, assisting in the preparation of quotations, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Administrator will also communicate with clients and staff to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in administrative tasks such as organization, record-keeping, and scheduling
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients and team members
  • Able to communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in office software and tools, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email platforms
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Previous experience in administration or office management is an advantage
  • Familiarity with the facilities services industry or air conditioning solutions is a plus
