Overview
In this role, you’ll be the backbone of the office, providing high-level administrative and executive support while assisting with project delivery and day-to-day operations. No two days will be the same — from coordinating meetings and reports to assisting with tenders, events, and IT support. Full training will be provided for tasks such as tendering.
Responsibilities
Executive & Project Support
- Provide executive-level administrative support to the General Manager
- Develop and maintain project health reports and staff reports
- Attend meetings, record actions, and manage follow-up tasks
- Support Project Engineers and Project Managers with administrative aspects of project delivery
Office & Corporate Administration
- Perform general office administration, reception duties, and mail handling
