Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above required.
- Without experience are welcome; relevant experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Detailed-oriented, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the implementation of daily administrative work in the Malaysia branch office.
- Management of administrative-related suppliers, expense reimbursement, etc.
- Assist parent company staff in understanding local financial and human resources policies.
- Assist with employee onboarding, employee file management, attendance management, organizing employee events, and other HR support tasks.
- Other temporary related tasks, such as office renovation, relocation, and renovation.
