Assistant Manager – Admin

Location: Lucknow


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Supervise administrative staff and coordinate daily activities
  • Handle meeting schedules, travel approvals, calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports
  • Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and ERP documentation
  • Maintain records, databases, and office supplies inventory
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
  • Assist the Business Head and support cross-functional teams
  • Flexible to work as per business requirements

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Experience in ERP and administrative documentation
