Assistant Manager – Admin
Location: Lucknow
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate daily activities
- Handle meeting schedules, travel approvals, calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly/monthly reports
- Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and ERP documentation
- Maintain records, databases, and office supplies inventory
- Prepare reports, presentations, and proposals
- Assist the Business Head and support cross-functional teams
- Flexible to work as per business requirements
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel & PowerPoint
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Experience in ERP and administrative documentation
