Job Description
The role of Office Administrator is primarily to work with the EMEA Operations Administration Manager and Country Manager to successfully run the day-to-day operations within the office. Additionally, there may be a requirement to assist the UK / Irish projects / service teams. This role is to assist the Operations Administration Manager and Country Operations Manager to complete their roles in the most cost effective and time efficient manner while complying with company policy and procedure. The role includes assisting the SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment, Quality) Manager to ensure the business is compliant.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing and maintaining PPE and tools for all engineers, PM's (Project Manager) and subcontractors where applicable.
- Liaise with suppliers / subcontractors and build relationships in order to get the pricing and service to deliver in a timely / cost effective manner.
