  • ASTON CARTER IS NOW HIRING FOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS IN THE BIRDSBORO, PA AREA*
  • Description:* Job Description:
  • Coordinate & maintain the company office functions as outlined.
  • Processing Sales Orders / Customer Service:

Receive Orders from customers, confirm pricing and delivery, process for production.
When orders are completed, support the Plant Manager in preparing shipping documentation and scheduling.
Once shipped, bill the customer.

  • Maintain the Return Log and process credits as needed.

Maintain Customer Files.
Contact customers concerning late payments. Provide summary reports on sales & production.

  • Purchasing and Accounts Payable:

Support the Plant Manager in ordering supplies.
Process invoices for payment, assuring proper posting to accounts, and maintain vendor files (system and hard files) in accordance with GAAP.
