Job Description

This person’s main responsibility will be to provide administration support to the project team as well as maintain the needs of the functioning office. This person will take on administrative tasks from the project team and upper management as well as hold the function as a scribe during meetings when required. This person will be the main point of contact for internal field staff, as well as general public for all general inquires.

  • Assisting members of the management team with general administrative
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Perform data entry and update databases as needed
  • Compile data, statistics and other information
