About the opportunity

We are seeking a full‑time Office All‑rounder to support a small, easy‑going team located in Wangara. This permanent position offers 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday , with flexibility around start and finish times. You will be responsible for a broad range of administrative tasks including payroll, accounts, job processing, and stock control. Working closely with the Director, you will play a key role in supporting daily operations and delivering a high standard of service to both new and existing clients. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills will be essential to manage the variety of responsibilities in this position.

In this role, you will

  • Process weekly payroll using Xero, including timesheet import and pay run finalisation
  • Create and manage job cards, cost unquoted jobs, and support AR invoicing
  • Manage AP by reconciling supplier invoices, matching POs, and arranging payments
  • Order stock and consumables, conduct stock takes, and liaise with suppliers
  • Respond to client enquiries, provide updates, and assist with issue resolution
  • Manage front reception desk and provide admin support across operations

About you

To succeed in this role you will be a proactive and organised administrator with proficiency in Xero and prior experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Strong customer service skills are required, along with the ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision. Experience in an industrial or trade‑based environment is regarded.
