Location: Executive Department, Community Transit, Everett, WA (in-person)
Hours: Estimated at am-pm, Monday through Thursday ( hours per week)

Summary:
As an Office Assistant in the Executive Department, you will greet department visitors and perform a variety of office support activities. This includes preparing documents, assisting with scheduling, maintaining, organization and processing files, and other related tasks.

Minimal Qualification
  • + years of experience as a receptionist or office assistant and preferably assisting executive leadership.
  • + years of general office experience.
  • + years of experience using Outlook, Word, and Excel.
