As an Office Assistant & Receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming colleagues, clients & visitors
- Manage calls and emails
- Travel management
- Order of office supplies
- Management of meeting rooms
- Main point of contact for facility and office related questions
- General administrative support to the team
- You have a good level in Dutch/French and English
- You have a first experience in any administrative position
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office
- You are proactive and autonomous
- Organisation, communication, and discretion define you
