As an Office Assistant & Receptionist you will be responsible for:


  • Welcoming colleagues, clients & visitors

  • Manage calls and emails

  • Travel management

  • Order of office supplies

  • Management of meeting rooms

  • Main point of contact for facility and office related questions

  • General administrative support to the team



  • You have a good level in Dutch/French and English

  • You have a first experience in any administrative position

  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office

  • You are proactive and autonomous

  • Organisation, communication, and discretion define you

  • You are looking for a full time position or 4/5th
