Duties:
•Answer and triage incoming phone calls, filtering out unsolicited or irrelevant enquiries •Respond to web chat enquiries promptly, professionally, and accurately
•Draft, edit, and proofread written communications with a high level of attention to detail •Create and update opportunities within the CRM
•Manage basic website content, including adding and removing products
•Book and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, rental cars, and product shipments to support the sales team
•Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and provide general administrative support •Maintain well-organized digital files and assist with ad hoc projects as needed Requirements:
•3+ years of previous experience in an administrative role
