**Description**
The Office Assistant assists the Facilities Coordinator in their duties. They are responsible for coordinating facility activities nationwide in the vein centers including but not limited to general repairs and maintenance, construction, relocation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, security/alarm systems, break room equipment, utilities, painting, patching, pest control, janitorial, signage, and furniture/equipment setups.

**Duties**:
- Coordinate major and minor issues and repairs with equipment and buildings
- Monitor a ticket system that receives work orders
- Oversee remotely contractor/project management
- Resolve and follow up on the ticket system
- Coordinate and manage supplier logistics
- Monitor payments, billing and vendor contracts
**Requirements**:
- Visa and availability to travel
- English B2
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
- Microsoft suite (Outlook, excel, word, etc)
