This role plays an important part in ensuring smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient office support within the logistics and supply chain environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
- Maintain and organize files, documents, and records
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitor coordination
- Support data entry, documentation, and report preparation
- Coordinate with internal departments and staff
- Manage office supplies and stationery inventory
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Support HR and finance teams with basic administrative duties
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of office areas
- Perform additional tasks assigned by management
