Office Assistant– Front Desk (temporary until august)

We are currently seeking a temporary Office Assistant – Front Desk until mid-august.

In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of AXA XL’s office Stockholm. As an Office Assistant you ensure a safe, tidy, organized, and operational work environment to provide an exceptional office and workplace experience.

What will your essential responsibilities include?

  • Manage front desk tasks, mail and incoming enquiries, answering phone, liaise with cleaners and property manager.
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring they have a positive impression of AXA XL.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies (stationary, paper, office material etc.)
  • Collaborating with HR and IT to facilitate onboarding for new employees, including administering access cards, fire safety, ordering work equipmen...
