The Role:
Working closely with the office team, the Office Assistant will provide essential administrative and customer support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key responsibilities include:
Handling incoming calls, dealing with general enquiries, and taking messages Creating paperwork from service schedules for maintenance and recorded defects Maintaining online filing systems and inputting paper records into the in-house CRM Booking skips and supporting operational requirements Assisting with general ad hoc administrative tasks as required
