The Role:
Working closely with the office team, the Office Assistant will provide essential administrative and customer support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the business. Key responsibilities include:
  • Handling incoming calls, dealing with general enquiries, and taking messages
  • Creating paperwork from service schedules for maintenance and recorded defects
  • Maintaining online filing systems and inputting paper records into the in-house CRM
  • Booking skips and supporting operational requirements
  • Assisting with general ad hoc administrative tasks as required
