Overview
Khalifah A City is looking for an Office Assistant to support its operations and its growing staff. This position will help keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly. The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent customer service skills, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Greeting guests and customers
- Scheduling appointments
- Coordinating office supplies
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Providing customer service support for inquiries and complaints
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets as needed

- Other tasks as requested by management
