As Office Assistant, you will be providing administrative support, performing day-to-day organizational tasks, and helping maintain efficient communication among staff and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Managing calendars and appointments
  • Answering incoming inquiries
  • Filing and sorting documents
  • Preparing documents and presentations
  • Coordinating meetings
  • Updating records both in paper and in electronic format

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in providing professional office assistance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Fluency in English is highly preferred
  • Knowledge in a second language is advantageous
