Responsibilities
- Managing calendars and appointments

- Updating records both in paper and in electronic format
Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Experience in providing professional office assistance
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Fluency in English is highly preferred
- Knowledge in a second language is advantageous
