Office Assistant

We arelooking for a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support thesmooth and efficient daily operation of our office. The ideal candidate isdetail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable multitasking in a dynamic,fast-paced environment.

Job Description

  • Receptionof visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
  • Maintainoffice organization, supplies, and filing systems
  • Provideadministrative support to management teams
  • Welcomevisitors and handle incoming calls/emails
  • Coordinatemeeting rooms, schedules, and office events
  • Managecorrespondence, courier services, and document handling
  • Supportbasic finance/admin tasks (invoices, purchase orders, tracking expenses)
  • Collaboratewith vendors and service providers
  • Provideadministrative and organizational support to the General Manager, includingcalendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Assistthe General Manager with preparing presentations, reports, and documentation,ensuring timely and accurate follow-up on action items.
  • Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Universitydegree (BA/BS) required
  • Workingexperience in a similar position will be an asset
  • Excellentknowledge of the English language (both written and verbal communication)
  • ExcellentPC skills (Windows, MS Office suite, Internet)
  • Excellentinterpersonal, communication and organization skills
  • Abilityto organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure
  • Abilityto handle confidential information with professionalism
  • Positiveattitude, flexibility, and strong teamwork skills
