Office assistant job in Musaffah UAE for foreigners. We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Musaffah. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the organization, including managing files, fielding phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments, and assisting with other duties as assigned.
- Perform basic office tasks such as filing documents, entering data into databases, and preparing reports as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Minimum of 1 year of related work experience; open to foreign applicants who can demonstrate their skills and abilities.
