Job Description
We are looking for a professional Office Assistant to manage front desk operations and support general office administration. This role is the first point of contact for employees, visitors and plays a key role in maintaining a welcoming, organised, and efficient office environment. The ideal candidate will be well-groomed, confident, articulate in English, and experienced in handling front desk and administrative responsibilities in a corporate
setting.



Job Requirements

Responsibilities
• Manage the front desk and serve as the first point of contact for employee, visitors, clients, and vendors.
• Greet guests professionally and ensure a positive office experience.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and courier management.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.     Coordinate  meeting rooms, schedules, and visitor access.
• Regularly restock and maintain common office spaces, including kitchens and conference rooms; order and     maintain inventory.
• Provide general administrative support for operations, HR, IT, and leadership as assigned.
• Maintain office records, logs, and basic documentation.
• Assist with travel bookings, office events, and day-to-day operational tasks.
• Ensure the reception and common areas are always well-maintained and presentable at all times.
• Support event planning, setup, execution, and clean-up for various in-office meetings and events.
• Coordinate a weekly deep cleaning exercise on non-working days.



Job Responsibilities

Job Requirements
• 4–7 years of experience in a front desk, office manager, or administrative role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Professional appearance and confident interpersonal skills.
• Experience handling general office administration tasks.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in basic MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A background in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
