We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant with excellent English language skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.


Responsibilities:



  • Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner

  • Manage and organize office documents and files

  • Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings

  • Compose and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents

  • Provide excellent customer service to visitors and clients


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prior experience in an office setting is preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
