ALIGCUS Construction is hiring an Office Assistant for our Architecture Department.
Job Description:
1. Collecting clients/marketing dept. and architecture dept.'s calling requests;
2. Making phone calls and writing emails;
3. Coordinating and following up with the work schedules for both US and China architecture departments;
4. Scheduling and planning meetings and appointments;
7. Perform receptionist duties when needed.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English is a must, Mandarin/Spanish speaking is preferred;
2. High school degree;
3. Proficiency in MS Office;
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
5. At least 1-year office-related work experience.
