Qualifications

  • Possess a Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Exhibit strong secretarial skills, including but not limited to, managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Display excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve administrative issues efficiently and independently.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external parties.
  • Be adept at using standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), for document creation, data management, and communication purposes.
