Office Assistant in Sharjah, UAE

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the team and help ensure office operations run smoothly.
  • Answer phones, file documents, prepare reports, schedule appointments, sort mail, and maintain records.
  • Perform general clerical duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Willing to consider applicants who are immigrants.

Position Details

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100 AED per month. Location: Sharjah, UAE.
