Good interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, staff, and visitors.
Able to handle reception duties, including phone calls and walk-in enquiries, efficiently and courteously.
Competent in basic administrative tasks such as record keeping, filing, inventory management, and mail handling.
Able to attend to students who are sick or injured and maintain accurate sick bay records.
Familiar with printing and photocopying operations for school materials.
Well-organized, responsible, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
A good team player with a service-oriented attitude.
Requirements
Minimum of GCE 'O' Level qualification
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in customer service or school office administration
Proficient in basic IT applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel).
