Job Description

  • Assist in answering phone calls when all other lines are busy
  • Attend to students minor injuries (e.g. apply cold packs or plasters)
  • Receive and attend to walk-in parents and contractors; redirect them to relevant staff
  • Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Administration Manager and School Leaders

Requirement:

  • Minimum of 3 GCE O Level passes or equivalent
  • Positive attitude with a pleasant disposition
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and one Mother Tongue language
  • At least 2 years experience as an Office Assistant / Receptionist at a primary school General Office front counter within the past 5 years (2021–2025)
