Job Description

  • Perform reception duties, including handling phone calls, attending to walk-in enquiries, and assisting students and staff.

  • Record incoming and outgoing mail.

  • Attend to sick or injured students and maintain the sickbay log.

  • Manage administrative tasks such as filing documents, maintaining records, and replenishing stationery, first aid supplies, logistics, and refreshments.

  • Assist with printing school materials and other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum GCE N Level.

  • Proficient in spoken and written English.

  • Strong customer service and administrative skills.

  • Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel).

Duration/ Working hours:

12 month contract (Option to extend another year) ( Apr 26 to Mar 27)
