Job Description
- Perform reception duties, including handling phone calls, attending to walk-in enquiries, and assisting students and staff.

Record incoming and outgoing mail.

Attend to sick or injured students and maintain the sickbay log.

Manage administrative tasks such as filing documents, maintaining records, and replenishing stationery, first aid supplies, logistics, and refreshments.

Assist with printing school materials and other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum GCE N Level.

Proficient in spoken and written English.

Strong customer service and administrative skills.

Computer literate (MS Word, MS Excel).
