Responsibilities

:
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office atmosphere.
  • Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate teams or individuals.
  • Manage office supplies inventory, reordering as necessary, and ensuring proper distribution across departments.
  • Support scheduling and calendar management for team members, including booking conference rooms and coordinating internal and external meetings.
  • Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, and general clerical duties as needed.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving of mail, packages, and office supplies.
  • Assist in organizing company events, team meetings, and other ad-hoc administrative projects.
