Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional front office atmosphere. Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate teams or individuals. Manage office supplies inventory, reordering as necessary, and ensuring proper distribution across departments. Support scheduling and calendar management for team members, including booking conference rooms and coordinating internal and external meetings. Assist with document preparation, data entry, filing, and general clerical duties as needed. Coordinate shipping and receiving of mail, packages, and office supplies.
