Brief Description:
Responsible for providing assistance to the operations department for facilities management and day to day operations of Fakeeh Technologies.
Core Duties:
To visit banks, PF office, KSCEWFFB, Tax, Audit, Accounts Office, KSEB etc for clerical works.
To ensure proper Housekeeping & wellness of office, adhere to HR/Operations Department instructions.
To perform all miscellaneous tasks assigned by the HR & Operations department
Assisting the current housekeeper to facilitate office cleanness.
To operate all functions related with Air Conditioning.
Greeting interview candidates and guests in the office.
Assist in electrical works at office at time of emergency.
To change systems while making seat changes.
