We are seeking an organised and reliable Office & Admin Support professional to assist with daily office operations and coordination tasks. The role involves administrative support, documentation handling, and coordination with internal teams and external contacts.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support daily office and administrative activities
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments
  • Handle email communication with clients and partners
  • Maintain documents, records, and internal data
  • Assist with basic invoicing and coordination with accounts
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers
  • Support attendance tracking and onboarding documentation
  • Ensure availability of office supplies
  • Provide general admin support to management when required
Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in office/admin support roles
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn
