Office & Business Centre Assistant (Part-Time: Mornings Mon-Fri), 6‑Month Renewable Contract)

The Association of Aerospace Industries (Singapore) (AAIS) is seeking a proactive and organised Office & Business Centre Assistant to support the smooth daily operations of our office and business centre. This part-time role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and enjoys supporting a variety of office activities.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Business Centre Operations

  • Staff the visitor reception counter and provide front-line assistance
  • Manage meeting room bookings and usage
  • Support room and event setup for training sessions, seminars, and other activities
  • Prepare usage reports and liaise with Finance for billing and documentation
  • Manage office access control and maintain security protocols
  • Support procurement activities and coordinate with service providers
  • Monitor and replenish office supplies
  • Other related duties may be assigned

Requirements

  • Singaporean
  • Able to work mornings from 8.30am to 1pm from Mondays to Fridays
  • Strong preference for those who can start work in February 2026
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, and/or operations
  • Strong attention to detail and a service‑oriented mindset
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; comfortable with data and documentation handling

Additional Information

  • Work Location: Seletar Aerospace Park
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 1:00pm (part-time)
  • Salary range indicated is per month based on the above part-time work schedule
