Job Description
General Cleaning Duties
Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors and carpets
- Dust and wipe desks, tables, chairs, and office equipment
- Clean windows, glass panels, and doors
Waste Management
Empty and dispose of trash from bins throughout the office
- Replace trash liners and ensure disposal areas are clean
Pantry & Common Areas
Maintain pantry cleanliness (wipe counters, wash cups, refill supplies)
- Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are neat and presentable
Restroom Cleaning
Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and mirrors
- Replenish toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
Other Duties
Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks)
- Follow safety and hygiene standards
- Sometimes assist with minor office errands or support staff needs
