Job Description

  • General Cleaning Duties

  • Sweep, mop, and vacuum office floors and carpets

  • Dust and wipe desks, tables, chairs, and office equipment
  • Clean windows, glass panels, and doors
  • Waste Management

  • Empty and dispose of trash from bins throughout the office

  • Replace trash liners and ensure disposal areas are clean
  • Pantry & Common Areas

  • Maintain pantry cleanliness (wipe counters, wash cups, refill supplies)

  • Ensure meeting rooms and reception areas are neat and presentable
  • Restroom Cleaning

  • Clean and disinfect toilets, sinks, and mirrors

  • Replenish toilet paper, soap, and other supplies
  • Other Duties

  • Report any maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, leaks)

  • Follow safety and hygiene standards
  • Sometimes assist with minor office errands or support staff needs
