• Responsible for gemstone photography, including taking and editing standardized photos for lab reports
  
• Handle client communication related to orders in a professional and friendly manner
  
• Perform general administrative duties, including managing internal and external mail and maintaining the photography area
  
• Provide operational support for Off-Premises-Testing (OPT) and fair activities internationally upon request
  
• Organize OPTs, fairs, and marketing activities in Europe, including travel arrangements and coordination of internal and external communication
