**Summary**
The Office Coordinator performs routine but varied clerical duties in accordance with standard procedures. Clerical duties include, but not limited to: accounts payable/receivable, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook, as well as data entry, filing, answering phones and greeting customers. Strong customer service skills are required. Applies knowledge of department policies and procedures and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functions.
