Pearl Recruitment is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join a professional engineering consultancy based in Perth's inner suburbs. This is a hands-on, full-time role supporting a busy office and wider project teams, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes ownership of day-to-day operations.
This position is offered on a temp-to-perm basis, providing an excellent opportunity for stability and long-term career growth.
The Role
This is a full-time position (Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm) where you'll take on a variety of administrative responsibilities, include but not limited to:
- Front desk and reception support, including phone, email and visitor management
- General office administration and coordination across engineering projects
- Ordering and managing stationar6y, consumables, and office supplies
- Liaising with suppliers, contractors, and couriers
- Calendar management, meeting coordination, and minute-taking for project and team meetings
- Document control, data entry, and maintaining internal records and project documentation
- Supporting multiple teams with administrative and ad-hoc tasks
- Assisting with travel bookings, events, and office coordination
About You
You are organised, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You can manage competing priorities, communicate confidently with internal and external stakeholders, and approach tasks with a proactive, professional mindset.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in office administration, ideally within an engineering or technical environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel, with a focus on accurate data entry and document formatting
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Immediate availability (highly regarded)
