Job Description

We are seeking a polished and professional Temporary Office Coordinator to support a busy office based in Victoria. This is a front-of-house role requiring excellent presentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage reception alongside general office and team administration. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and professional office environment at all times.
Key Responsibilities
  
Reception & Front of House

Meet and greet visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Manage reception desk and main switchboard
Issue visitor and staff security badges
Coordinate visitor sign-in procedures in line with HSE/security protocols
Maintain a smart, organised, and presentable reception area   
Office Coordination

Receive, log, and distribute deliveries and couriers
Liaise with building management and security
