Job Description
MISSION
The Office Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth, efficient, and professional day‑to‑day operation of our APAC offices by coordinating facilities, services, and administrative support. They act as the primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and vendors, support travel arrangements and onboarding activities, facilitate internal office communications, and work closely with Human Resources, Finance and the Administration Teams in other offices to ensure accurate tracking of invoices, expenses, and service agreements.
