Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Hydraulic Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hydropower or dam project engineering support
- Experience in implementing and monitoring HSE strategies in infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with local and international HSE regulations
- Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams
- Proven track record in safety training coordination and reporting
- Strong knowledge of hydropower and civil engineering principles
- Thorough understanding of HSE standards and risk management
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project documentation
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Competency in report writing and data management
- Experience with project management and document control software (e.g., Aconex)
- Proficiency in relevant engineering software
