DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and maintain project schedules, including tracking milestones and deadlines
  • Organize needed manpower deployment
  • Monitor and track project costs, including change orders, and prepare project financial reports
  • Collaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success
  • Prepare and maintain needed construction files and logs including billing and completion reports
  • Identifying and resolving issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Assisting with the procurement of materials and equipment for the project.
  • Other duties that may be assigned and deemed necessary in the course of the company’s business

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
