Job Description

Responsible for supporting the Cost Engineer in monitoring and analyzing in terms of cost, materials, manpower and other resources that are needed for the execution of the project. Also, responsible for the monitoring and requesting of materials and estimating change orders issued on site.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the development of the committed cost with WBS and estimate of all materials needed for the project
• Does estimating works together with other engineers (field or PMO department) for the committed cost and reconcile with the QS department
• Coordinates with the Purchasing department for the updated price list that will be use for the project cost estimate
• Coordinates with the Equipment and Assets department for the available resources that can be used for the project such as equipment, formworks and other materials for temporary facilities
