Job Description

Project Documentation:

  • Prepare, maintain, and track submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), shop drawings, change orders, and project schedules.
  • Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of project-related documents.

Coordination:

  • Liaise between the engineering team, site staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication.
  • Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking progress.

Technical Support:

  • Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
  • Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and engineering reports.

Administrative Duties:

  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
  • Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
