Job Description
Project Documentation:
- Prepare, maintain, and track submittals, RFIs (Requests for Information), shop drawings, change orders, and project schedules.
- Ensure accurate filing and retrieval of project-related documents.
Coordination:
- Liaise between the engineering team, site staff, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication.
- Assist in coordinating project activities and tracking progress.
Technical Support:
- Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
- Assist in preparing quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and engineering reports.
Administrative Duties:
- Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
