Position : Office Executive

Number of Openings : 6

Salary : 3 to 6 LPA (Based on Skills and Experience Level)

Key Requirements :

• Location: Must be from North India/North Delhi region and able to commute to the job location
• Software Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word
• Design Software: Working knowledge of Photoshop and CorelDRAW
• Accounting: Experience in handling Tally with basic accounting entries
• Communication: Professional email handling and coordination skills

Skills Required :

• Photoshop and CorelDRAW proficiency
• MS Excel and MS Word expertise
• Tally software with basic accounting knowledge
• GST support and documentation assistance
• Professional email handling and coordination
• Multitasking abilities across departments
• Day-to-day office operations management
• Good computer knowledge

Job Responsibilities :

• Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
• Handle professional email communication and coordination
• Provide GST support and documentation assistance
• Perform basic accounting entries using Tally
• Multitask across various departments
• Create and edit designs using Photoshop and CorelDRAW
• Maintain records and documentation in MS Excel and MS Word
