We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Office & Facilities Assistant to support daily office operations and basic facilities upkeep. This role is practical in nature and involves light maintenance work, office support, property site visits, and general administrative assistance as assigned. This position suits someone who is responsible, willing to learn, and comfortable with physical and on-site tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Office & Facilities Support

  • Carry out basic office maintenance tasks (e.g. changing light bulbs, minor repairs, simple fixes)
  • Assist with moving office items, documents, equipment, or goods when required
  • Ensure office areas are clean, safe, and in good working condition
  • Support basic facilities checks and report issues to the Team Lead
