Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll in compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.).

Contract Labour Management & System Knowledge.

Apprentice Management.

Admin Support

Maintain payroll records and employee data.

Handle payroll audits and statutory inspections.

Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annual statutory returns to government authorities.

Monitor changes in labor laws and update payroll practices accordingly.

Provide assistance in onboarding, employee documentation, and contract management.

Support HR in maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management.

Assist in drafting HR policies, circulars, and communication related to statutory compliance.

Coordinate with finance and HR teams for salary disbursement and benefits administration.

Assist in maintaining harmonious employee relations by ensuring compliance with labor laws.

Support grievance handling and disciplinary procedures.

Liaise with government agencies, and external stakeholders when required.

Maintain records of settlements, agreements, and compliance reports.
