As a Management Assistant & Office Manager, you will ensure seamless team operations, foster collaboration, and enhance organizational efficiency in a dynamic, international environment. Your responsibilities include:


  • Supporting teams with administrative tasks, calendar management, and meeting coordination.

  • Organizing domestic and international travel arrangements.

  • Managing invoices, expense reports, and creating reports/presentations.

  • Streamlining operational tools and improving procedures.

  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication.

  • Overseeing office supplies, space organization, and fostering a vibrant work environment.



  • A previous experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally in professional services.
