Job Scope & Responsibilities:


- Calendar Management – scheduling all level meetings, work on conflicts conference room booking


- Space coordination- Seating/Location Management for entire team, assignment of seats, internal movements


- Inventory management- Raising Purchase orders, maintaining data sheets of Assets, manage /assigning procurement of goods and services including computer equipment and peripherals and managing WFH shipment tool.


- Team Building Event- Organizing Morale events, purchases of goodies, organizing off sites, training events


- New hire onboarding and off boarding.


- Handling Human Resource tool, Recruiting Tools, Finance Tools


- Exec visits end-to-end management.


- Collation of data for the team t-shirt sizes...
